The Need For change
The old Plouise cosmetics website was using an uploaded theme that was slow and clunky. Conversion rate was plummeting and users were taking advantage of theme bugs to try and manipulate the cart and checkout.


What we did
We installed a brand new 2.0 theme and customised it to perfectly match the brand of PLouise. We added upsells at cart and checkout, a loyalty scheme, deep dive product page and about us, redesigned the navigation, filtering and search functionality, and assisted with the introduction of chatloop.
