Prime Outdoor, renowned for its luxury pergolas and garden furniture, faced challenges in transitioning to the online space while managing a thriving landscape gardening service. In response, we facilitated the seamless migration to Shopify, ensuring a smooth transition and maximizing their online potential.
What we did
As part of this migration, we implemented a custom build-a-pergola tool, allowing customers to personalize their pergolas to suit their preferences and needs. This interactive feature not only enhances the user experience but also empowers customers to create bespoke outdoor spaces tailored to their unique vision. Furthermore, we integrated Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options into the checkout process, providing customers with flexible payment solutions and reducing barriers to purchase.
