The Need For change
The existing Syenti theme did not need replacing. It had however, not been updated in over 1.5 years, and as such was around 11 versions behind. The site was slow to load, and was negatively affecting core metrics. We also undertook a CRO audit whilst we were updating the theme and uncovered some fundamentals that should be changed during the update.


What we did
The CRO audit highlighted key areas that were underperforming, so during the update we also added some new functionality, bundle builder, new cart and navigation. We redesigned the Collection and Product pages, aswell as creating and developing new section sthat would allow Syenti to self serve post go live.
