The Need For change
Inefficient business processes, lacking long-term data insights and absence of continuity from purchase to delivery were all limiting factors of the previous iteration of the TBL ecosystem. A revised approach to operational strategy and capability for expansion were continually mounting in importance as their loyal customer base grew exponentially.
What we did
After the success of their their first app product, we delivered a totally refreshed UI with a business management suite tailored exactly to this exciting business’ bespoke needs. Incorporating an ecommerce system which allowed multiple different products and services to be sold in a unified online experience. Further enhancements made to the delivery of results to customers, in-app medical advice from registered doctors, ability to query results and chat with practitioners, as well as integrations with multiple laboratories makes this product totally unique, cutting edge and frankly one of our favourite projects to date.
