The Need For change
Tuda Grass faced challenges post-COVID, including declining sales, poor user experience (UX), and slow loading times on their website. To address these issues and revitalize their online presence, we initiated a strategic replatforming to Shopify.
What we did
Transitioning to Shopify allowed us to create a more efficient and user-friendly website, improving the overall customer experience and addressing the slow loading times. Additionally, we implemented custom calculators to help customers calculate the required quantities of grass for their projects, streamlining the purchasing process and enhancing convenience. Furthermore, we introduced a mega menu for easy navigation, enabling visitors to find products and information quickly and efficiently.
