Azat Mard came to Marca with a self-built Dawn-based store that no longer reflected the premium nature of the brand. While functional, the site lacked polish, had structural limitations, and wasn’t optimised for conversion or long-term scale.
The brand needed a more elevated experience, stronger foundations for retention, and a platform that could support growth without adding unnecessary operational friction. There was also an opportunity to reduce transaction costs and unlock more advanced functionality through Shopify Plus.
The goal was to transform the store from a basic build into a premium, performance-led ecommerce experience.
We rebuilt the Azat Mard store on a fully customised Shopify 2.0 theme, designed to feel distinctly premium while remaining fast, flexible, and conversion-focused.
To support scale and cost-efficiency, we upgraded the brand to Shopify Plus, helping reduce transaction fees while unlocking more advanced platform capabilities.
We restructured the product architecture by introducing sibling products, making it easier for customers to explore variations and discover more of the range. To support retention, we also launched a loyalty programme designed to encourage repeat purchase and build long-term brand value.
A key part of this project was defining the visual identity and premium feel. We carried out multiple on-site visits with the team to fully understand the brand, refine the aesthetic direction, and ensure the final experience truly reflected Azat Mard’s positioning.
The new store delivered immediate commercial impact.
Conversion rate increased by 12%, cart success rate improved by 11%, and overall sales grew by 55%. These gains reflect not just a better-looking site, but a more persuasive, trustworthy, and intuitive customer journey.
Beyond the metrics, Azat Mard now operates on a scalable, premium foundation that supports growth rather than restricting it.
