The Brief

Hydrava partnered with Marca ahead of launch to ensure their Shopify store, marketing infrastructure, and customer journey were built correctly from day one.

Rather than rushing to market with a basic setup, they wanted a platform that could convert, retain, and scale, supported by strong automations and a clear on-site experience. The goal was to launch with confidence, capture early momentum, and then continuously optimise based on real customer behaviour.

The SOLUTION

We supported Hydrava through the full launch process, including Shopify setup, marketing automations, and the development of conversion-led landing pages.

Working closely with their in-house designer, we implemented CRO-first updates across the PDPs, ensuring the experience wasn’t just visually appealing, but also built to remove friction, answer objections, and support faster decision-making.

To deepen engagement and brand value, we created a dedicated recipe hub that shows customers how to use the formula in real-life contexts, extending the product story beyond a single use case.

Following launch, we’ve continued to support Hydrava with ongoing CRO improvements, ensuring the site evolves alongside customer behaviour rather than remaining static.

THE RESULT

Hydrava launched with a strong commercial foundation.

The site currently converts at 5%, achieves a 55% repeat customer rate, and maintains a 40% cart success rate, showing that the experience is not only converting new visitors but also encouraging long-term loyalty.

Beyond the numbers, the brand now operates on a flexible, optimised Shopify setup that can evolve quickly. With CRO baked into the process from the start, Hydrava is building growth on solid foundations rather than retrofitting fixes later.
