With Love Cosmetics approached Marca looking for a refreshed, conversion-focused website that truly reflected the luxury positioning of their vegan, cruelty-free beauty brand.
While the brand had strong social traction and a compelling handmade story, the existing site wasn’t communicating this effectively. Their viral appeal, value-led offers, and emotional brand narrative were getting lost, and the overall experience didn’t match the premium feel of the product.
The core goals were to elevate the brand into a more luxury aesthetic, improve conversion rate and abandoned checkout performance, surface offers more clearly, and create a more personal, story-led shopping experience. The site also needed to better support international customers, ensure accurate tracking, and remain true to the brand’s “made with love” identity.
We proposed and delivered a full website redesign focused on elevating With Love Cosmetics into a more premium, story-driven experience while removing friction across the buying journey.
The new site uses stronger visual hierarchy, richer imagery, and clearer storytelling to communicate the brand’s handmade, vegan, and cruelty-free ethos more effectively.
Product demos and lifestyle-led visuals were introduced to bring the products to life and make benefits easier to understand at a glance.
Product cards and PDPs were rebuilt with clearer pricing, stronger offer visibility, and embedded urgency cues to support faster decision-making and reduce abandoned checkouts. Bundles, free gifts, and core promotional mechanics were surfaced more consistently across the site to ensure value was always visible.
Navigation, category structure, and mobile layouts were streamlined to improve product discovery and make hero products easier to shop, particularly for new visitors.
Behind the scenes, we also ensured tracking accuracy and international usability were improved, giving the brand stronger foundations for growth.
With Love Cosmetics now operates on a platform that feels aligned with the quality and values of the brand.
The new experience is more emotional, more premium, and easier to navigate, helping customers understand the products, feel connected to the story, and move through checkout with greater confidence.
Beyond aesthetics, the rebuild delivered a stronger commercial foundation. Offers are clearer, journeys are smoother, and the site now supports both conversion and brand-building simultaneously.
